Hi, I am Juli, licensed massage therapist with a strong background in both spa and therapeutic medical massage. I am passionate about helping you recover, relax, and restore balance in a safe, nurturing, and healing space.
I specialize in injury recovery and sports massage and am highly skilled in techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, hot stone therapy, gua sha, medical massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and cupping.
In my off time I enjoy swimming, hiking, biking, singing karaoke and hanging with my sweet pup Maddy.
I practice kundalini meditation and enjoy participating in sound baths to ground and rejuvenate myself.
My favorite place however to restore and renew is at the beach. I am a beach girl at heart.
